Automated Recurring Direct Debit via Wise-Pay

Please contact Next Phaze Accounts Department on 1300 761 587 (Option 2) or via accounts@nextphaze.com.au to be sent a Welcome Email to Wise-Pay.  Through Wise-Pay you can set up your invoices to be paid automatically from a Bank Account or Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA & AMEX are accepted) of your choosing.

Note direct debit payments made by Credit Card attract a processing fee.  There are no additional fees for payments made from a Bank Account.

Credit Card Payment Via Telephone

Please call 1300 761 587 and select Option 2 to make a Credit Card payment over the telephone. The Next Phaze Accounts Department is available to take your call from 9:00am to 5:00pm business days (Western Australian time).

Manual Direct Credit (Transfer/Pay Anyone)

Please refer to your Next Phaze Tax Invoice for the BSB and Account Number.

Remember to quote your Tax Invoice Number or Customer Name in the Reference Field when making a Direct Credit payment.

Most major Australian Financial Institutions allow the set up of a recurring direct credit transfer via your online banking portal. Please contact your bank if you require assistance with setting up a recurring direct credit transfer. Please use your Customer Name as the reference for automated recurring direct credit transfers.

Note that this option works well for the payment of recurring monthly services Tax Invoices that are always for the same amount each month. However, it will not account for non-recurring Tax Invoices issued for equipment and/or additional support or services.

Cheque Payments – NO LONGER ACCEPTED

In order to facilitate self-isolation for our staff in response to the COVID-19 pandemic inline with advice issued by the WA State Government and Health Department, NextPhaze will no longer being accepting payment by cheque.  Our apologies for any inconvenince this may cause.

Payment Remittance

Please send remittances to accounts@nextphaze.com.au. If you forget to send a remittance, your payment will be allocated to the oldest invoice first.
